1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
- If cancelled within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, of unsatisfactory quality, or if the wrong item was delivered.
- The return request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Exchange Policy
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the exchange process.
- In case the requested item for exchange is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
- Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days.
3. Refunds
Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated within 2 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
